Why DNA?

We know that our clients enjoy using us because of the level of service we provide and the great value for money – we both have big firm experience but at local rates! As you can probably guess from this web-site, Ian and I are not stuffy “grey” accountants – we are both fairly mad but in a good way as far as our clients are concerned! We don’t have a legion of secretaries who fend off callers. Normally we answer the phone personally.

We usually reply to emails and phone calls within 24 hours (unless on holiday – yes we do go on holidays and believe in the power of rest and relaxation for a beneficial life!).
